1. 50 lottery balls will be given to any team last season that didn’t make playoffs

2. 40 lottery balls will be given to a team that help under 50 points last season

3. 45 lottery balls will be given to team that help under 40 points last season

4. 30 lottery balls will be given to a team that had a first round exit in the previous seasons playoffs

5. 20 lottery balls will be given to a team that had a second round exit in the previous seasons playoffs

6. 10 lottery balls will be given to a team who had a 3rd round exit in the previous seasons playoffs

7. 5 lottery balls will be give to the Stanley cup champions

8. 30 lottery balls will be given to a previously used team but with a brand new owner

9. 150 lottery balls will be given to a new team with a new owner

10. 40 lottery balls will be given to a previous owner changing team( the owners previous team will result in how many additional balls they get

The Draft Order will be live on our Instagram page (elite online gaming). Each team has their respected number of lottery balls,which are numbers between 1-2000. We will generate 1 number at a time using Random.org
