TEAM LOCKER ROOMS

1.Team locker rooms will be used for all teams. Owners and management will have access to the team locker rooms.
2. Team locker rooms will include:
(a) Release Form
(b) Trade Form
(c) Waiver Release Form
(d) Waiver Claim Form
(e) Free Agency Form
(f) Com ban/Gamertag change Form
You must be signed in to use the locker rooms
(g) Custom line up sheet
*Team Owners and Management will be asked to sign into the website. if the username can’t be found in order for them to be added to the locker rooms. Also your username will be changed to your gamertag if need be.
